Our Truffle Experience isn’t just another dinner! It’s an exclusive immersive winter evening, savouring connection, and igniting all the senses. Bringing together people, flavour, forest, and firelight. It begins with a glass of our Blanc de Blanc Méthode Traditionnelle and a selection of truffle-inspired gourmet bites to set the mood.

Then it’s off to the truffle grove with umbrella and gumboots in hand, where you’ll walk beneath towering karri trees and experience the thrill of unearthing black gold, guided by our expert truffle hunter and dog. It’s earthy, exhilarating — and somehow makes everything taste even better.

Back at the fire, under the stars in the crisp winter air, you’ll warm up with a truffle-infused cocktail, to the sounds of the settling forest. Before settling into the warm firelit elegance of Hidden River Estate's dining experience, for an unforgettable five-course dinner, paired with premium wines.

While the menu is still under wraps, last year’s feast featured delicacies like truffle duck liver pâté, Pemberton marron, and velvety venison — so expect something equally bold, elegant, and rich in local flavour.
